Ryan Flatley of Southold, Long Island and Samy Sabil of Casablanca, Morocco have both worked for the highly acclaimed North Fork Table and Inn as both sous-chef and assistant sommelier, respectively.  Their cuisine  is reflective of their journeys.  Each plate is crafted with complexity and artistry served in a progression of clean flavors and textures.  Their all -around experience, professionalism, and passion for food make them an unstoppable duo.
